Welcome to the Jackson County Sheriff's Sales page.
The sales are always on Friday mornings at 10:00 am inside the front door of the
Court House, located at 226 East Main Street, Jackson OH 45640.
The bidding will always start at 2/3 of the appraised value and 10% of the sale price is due the day of the sale. We accept no personal checks. Must be cash, cashiers check, money order etc. The balance of the amount owed is due at the time you receive the deed (usually 30 to 40 days after the sale) I will contact you when I receive the deed. The Sheriff's office does not handle tax sales. If you have a question about a tax sale contact Laura at the Jackson County Prosecutor's Office.
